Description: Bert Davies Collection. VAM-2. Assuredly nice for the grade in terms of preservation, the coin would be a shoo-in for upgrade if not for modest weakness of strike at both centers. Nevertheless, the dies pounded out blazing luster and exceptional frosty brilliance everywhere. Clearly a superior quality example with far fewer abrasions expected of the grade.
