Description: 89 graded MS-66, 1 graded MS-66 "star", 44 higher at NGC. With a low, low mintage of 15,501, one might infer this example to be an end-of-run specimen given the fully frosted aspect, as well as evidence of dies that clashed, were lapped and then cracked on the reverse. Utterly negligible hairlines flutter in the obverse right field, and if that is the largest complaint (and it is), there is no question that the grade should readily meet or exceed MS-66.
