Description: High Promises Collection. 95 graded MS-63, 261 higher at PCGS. Like the 1921s, all of the 1919 issues are keys to the series with certified populations unfairly exaggerated by resubmissions. This P-mint example features slightly steamy greyish patina with a hint of coral overtones. Either side seems nicely struck and on-par with the usual better production quality associated with the Philadelphia mint during the post-WWI era. Bright, lustrous and smoothly appealing.
