Description: VAM-4, "S over horizontal S". As stated in VAM: "Remains of the serif top left can be seen in this image. Two spikes of the horizontal S are visible in the over punched S." Furthermore, this is a pleasantly original example that retains about as much vintage dirt and grunge as is possible without accidentally falling into "details grade" territory. Look into the crevices at the rims to affirm that point, and the wise bidder should have no problem bidding vigorously for this Scotsman Cataloger's Choice Award winner.
