Description: High Promises Collection. Type II / II, large mintmark tilted left, "18" distant, broken olive branch. Utterly and wholly brilliant, the surface is absolutely ablaze with white mint luster. Indeed, one immediately suspects the coin has been undergraded except that faint, sweeping hairlines shimmer all the way across the obverse. The die must have been repolished at some point to create breaks in the upraised olive branch yet the texture is entirely frosted and as pretty as it gets.
