Description: High Promises Collection. Type I / I, small (so-called "micro") wide mintmark. 15 graded MS-62, 13 higher at NGC. Stronger details on the reverse pair against a decently struck obverse but the latter side shows a touch of softness at Liberty's head as well as the lowest portions of her posture. The surface gleams with unusually bright silvery character, most likely conserved on the obverse where an isolated patch of surface irregularity shows to the right of the date. Struck off of a rusted and refinished obverse die.
