Description: Well struck devices couple with ample luster for the assigned grade with respects to this second year New Orleans issue Double Eagle. Even though the 1851-O is much more readily available than the 1850-O issue, the collector demand for this example remains very strong. NGC has certified this lightly circulated piece as AU-55 and it is more than deserving of the grade. Evenly dispersed golden-orange luster along with uniform circulation gives this coin a very pleasing look (ck).
