Description: The First Through Last Collection. The single finest known example in prooflike format at NGC. An unusual two-headed monster, Thijs magnificent jewel combines the rarity of the very high mint-state grade, as well as the cachet of the "prooflike" designation. Scarcer than its 1904 cousin, only ten-thousand pieces were struck, yet the barely-used dies did not strike a lot of coins that qualify for NGC's stringent "PL". Neither side projects much cameo effect, but there is no denying the butter-smooth reflectivity in the fields as well as the fantastic strike Notably free from abrasions across the entire surface.
