Lot Title: Great Britain - Group of 48 different copper coins
Lot Number: 172
Description: Gingerbread, Cake and Candy Collection. Remarkable for having no repeats, this assembly of British copper coins (mostly pennies) spans the dates of 1694 through 1948 with no repeats. The first few pieces include: 1694 William and Mary KM#475.3, 1724 halfpenny, 1793 Conder token D&H-1033, 1806 halfpenny, 1807 halfpenny, and 1826 halfpenny KM#692. The balance are pennies dated 1860 through 1948 with concentration in the earlier part of the series. The majority appears to be well circulated but problem-free and lots of entertainment should easily derive from this forty-eight coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
