Description: Ms. Anna's Collection. Stupendously attractive and a Scotsman Cataloger's Choice Award winner, one can set aside toning for a brief instant and admire how the primary motifs, iced with thickly frozen frost, float atop liquid silver surfaces. The coin surely falls close to UCAM assessment. Now add back in the watery aqua-blue hues and russet-cinnamon toning that migrates toward the rims and one has a proof of nearly incomparable aesthetic appeal. Both 3-cent series are terribly underappreciated, but especially in proof format, it's almost criminal how inexpensive such rare coins are. Plus one gets the bonus of an appealing overdate all combined into a simple, tiny package.
