Description:	On Target Collection. Admittedly semi-prooflike or so when struck, the fields are now overly reflective due to what amounts to light polishing of the entire surface. Impetus for such drastic action is not readily apparent since the coins has no major marks nor spots that needed to have been abraded. A well detailed type example that needs to spend a lot of time in an album.
