Description: On Target Collection. Mintage: 12,367. Warmer carrot-gold toning emanates from the central low-relief areas of the obverse, particularly next to Liberty's gown, while the reverse displays consistent matte-gold color except for subtle, milky spots scattered throughout. Typically sharp for the issue, the highest areas have received a few inadvertent contact marks, including Liberty's nose and the bicep of her outstretched arm. Some additional tiny marks bubble out into the obverse far left and their aggregate effect is to barely deny a fully choice grade assessment.
