Description: Ms. Anna's Collection. 36 graded MS-62, 10 higher at PCGS. While not rare as a date, the 1910-S in MS-64 falls into the purview of an advanced collector since very few exist in higher grade (most of those are "plussed" 64s). Superb color with delectable butterscotch accents on the highpoints of the design elements emboldens already strong details for this very choice example. A minute rim ding shows above the second star on the obverse and joins with some trivial surface grazes to help determine the grade. The strike was taken off of somewhat aged dies, as can be inferred by orange peel effect gathering toward the obverse rim.
