Description: Order Through Chaos Collection. The First National Bank of Neosho, Missouri. Our research places is this as merely the third example in the census off of Neosho, with a low serial number 71 to boot. Paper clip rust shows at far right joined by some other minor staining, none of which overly detracts from the better original appearance. Fabulous signatures include an unusual "asst" annotation by the cashier.
