Description: The Ouachita National Bank of Monroe, Louisiana. While small notes can be found for Ouachita, this is a very rare large survivor that is brand new to the census and most likely takes the top spot for condition. The cataloger suggests VF or better overall, despite an aggressively cut bottom margin that dives into the border design. A nice cashier's signature joins a faint president's hand.
