The only “missing” example is the never present 1895 proof only issue that is represented by an obvious replica strike. Included in this Whitman album collection are the following examples: an 1892-CC (XF), an 1893 (VG, cleaned), an 1893-CC (GD, cleaned), an 1893-O (VF, cleaned), an 1893-S (GD, rim bumps), an 1894 (VF, cleaned), an 1894-O (XF, light clean), an 1895-O (VF++, light clean), an 1895-S (AG), an 1896-S (XF, cleaned), an 1898-O (BU), an 1898-S (AU, cleaned), an 1899 (BU, cleaned), a 1902 (BU, light clean), a 1902-S (AU, cleaned), and a 1903-O (BU) (ck).
