Description: The First National Bank of Tama City, Iowa. "Tama City" can only be obtained on first charter notes, as the bank dropped "City" from its name thereafter. Obviously a heavily worn example, edge damage shows at the far right, as if the note had prior been stapled to others and errantly pulled away, removing some paper from that side. New to the census, exceptional signatures remain visible from the front.
