Description: A favorite for all collectors, the PCBLIC spelling on the declaration at far right on the back of the note has been called out on the PMG holder. Almost all seen appear to have poor bottom margins, with this one just barely on the paper so as to permit the bottom design to show fully. Terrific paper and particularly deep ink shows throughout, almost causing the red seal to bleed through to the back of the note.
