Description: Rum'n'Cola Collection. Open 3. The NGC "BN" designation seems flat-out too conservative for a proof with this much brilliant orange remaining. Rather than reviewing the appearance of "3" in the date, the variety can better be attributed by noting weakness within the central portion of the horizontal shield lines. This also identifies it as a "restrike" emission to the tune of 500 pieces. Needle sharp and assuredly nicer than expected of the grade.
