Description: 76 graded MS-65 RB, 17 higher at PCGS. Looking for all the world like a fully red example, either side generally displays a flame-orange border around brighter central areas. Highly unusual for the date, a blatant full strike popped up four diamonds and created incisive delineation within every single feather -- this despite moderately clashed dies. A carbon dot rests atop "E" of CENT and of course, the grade gets determined by trivial ticks on the cheek.
