Description: A.C.E. Collection. First is 1854 Type 1 gold dollar (frosted beauty taken off of a partially failed obverse die, yet somehow thoroughly struck and endowed with rich, original dusky sunset-gold patina). Second is 1910 quarter-eagle (prettier than usual for MS-61 and showing splashes of royal gold throughout). Third and final is 1915 half-eagle (glittering golden hue with considerable luster, but also a multiplicity of expected abrasions). Three coin lot.
