Description: 5 graded PR-66+ CAM, 11 higher or with stars at NGC. Here is perfection served up on a nickel-silver platter as the coin boasts an almost insanely accurate strike, blatant contrast that cannot possibly be far off UCAM, and delightfully fragile champagne toning overall. While it isn't fair to judge a coin "through the plastic", one has a feeling there's a chance at a designation upgrade given the white-on-black presentation. A very few extremely faint hairlines show up here and there and might be the primary grade constraint.
