Description: Scarce and desirable, the note boasts very good color on the face as compared to the estimated grade range, and even retains some vibrancy on the back despite mottled greenish-grey toning. For curious reasons, these are often the target of repairs and other "improvements", but the cataloger could find no deficiencies. The third cardinal-red printing appears boldly rendered atop the yellow underprint, from which the note derives the "Technicolor" nomenclature.
