Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1879 and 1880, both F
Lot Number: 990
Description: Gigi Consignment. Fantastic additions to any set, both are exceptionally difficult dates as circulation strike entries within the series, especially at a middle grade like this. BER remains indistinct on either but plenty of other bold details remain prevalent, especially the eagle's plumage in either case. A couple of tiny indentations for 1879 don't matter any at the Fine grade level while 1880 appears to be an amazingly unabraded example. Two coin lot.

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
