Description: Mintage: 89,200. 9 graded MS-64, 29 higher at PCGS. Under magnification, both sides gleam with substantially flashy fields, and especially as viewed from the obverse, this appears to be a fully prooflike example. That the reverse details are incomplete at the wreath's upper left arm confirms the coin is not, in fact, an actual proof, but rims show circumferential die lines as might be expected of proof dies.
