Description: The Sidewalk Collection. VAM-2 is a non-spitting eagle variety, characterized in this die-state by fine die lines descending from the corner under Liberty's jaw. Noticeable yet minor flatness of strike at the ribbon also seems to be diagnostic of VAM-2, joined in this case by additional softness of relief at the center of each side. Tremendous, gleaming luster, as usual, pervades the fields and creates a pleasing, flashy effect so commonly preferred for Carson City dollars.
