Description: Bam Bam Consignment. Fully prooflike from the obverse and nearly DMPL on that side, this die must have been paired up with a previously used reverse die since the latter side displays classic, full-intensity frosty allure. Delicately raised micro-dots on the portrait show that the obverse die had some rust prior to being repolished. The strike was executed just on the cusp of perfection as only a minuscule above the ear exhibits a trivial hint of incompleteness. All the money is in that stunning obverse, though, as it looks as if Liberty's portrait bobs and weaves over a sea of liquid silver.
