Lot Title: 1935 Peace silver dollar MS-65 CAC, and a 1983 DDR Lincoln Memorial cent MS-66RD, both PCGS
Lot Number: 875
Description: The Bert Davies Collection. Here is a curious intersection of widely divergent categories, just to make this an interesting pairing. First is a 1935 Peace dollar, intensely lustrous and so clean that it looks a full point nicer than the assigned MS-65, aside from a single tiny nick on the chin. Accompanying is a 1983 DDR Lincoln cent, popular for the very decent separation of the doubled-die reverse feature, and this example absolutely roll-fresh and mint red. Two coin lot.
Estimate: $800-$900

This lot may contain an item not certified by ANACS, PCGS, or NGC. While Scotsman Auction Co. is typically conservative in our descriptions of items not certified by one of these companies, we cannot guarantee our grading estimation will match their grade. We highly recommend that collectors seeking items certified by a third-party grading service only bid on items that have already been certified. No lot can be returned because of a variance in judgment with regards to grade.
