Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1866 MS-63BN, and an 1874 MS-63RB, both PCGS MS-63
Lot Number: 692
Description: Lightly pitted dies cause many tiny raised dots to appear across the portrait for 1866, yet a very good strike produced 3-3/4 diamonds. The reverse shows a very fair amount of mint red. 1874 offers about 40% mint red on both sides but the strike is not quite as accurate, featuring 3-1/2 diamonds to go with surfaces that are surprisingly free from contact. Two coin lot.
