Description: Roman Powers Collection. Bass-Dannreuther-10. The obverse also struck BD-9, a much rarer die-marriage. For this the BD-10, on the reverse, the right foot of "I" is attached to the nearby leaf, and the lowest berry rests centered beneath the foot of the final "A". NGC indicates "cleaned", which is readily asserted by noting the glossy surface texture, although the additional "scratches" may be a trifle harsh in describing some limited offense within the obverse right field.
