Description:	The Bert Davies Collection. KM#231. Mintage: 3096. The 2/3-thaler is much scarcer than the already-rare 1/3-thaler, and both are similar one-year types. The 2/3-thaler denomination was equivalent to 1-gulden and 1741 was the only date issued under Frederick the Great, nor would the denomination be struck again until 1796. An exceptional example for the very-fine grade level given inimitable vintage grey patina and bold, nearly sharp details.
