Description: Roman Powers Collection. The Southern Illinois National Bank of East St. Louis, Illinois. Conrad Reeb's signature boldly occupies the cashier's signature line, prescient of the fact that he would eventually become president of the bank. This is an attractive brown-back that also features the president's signature boldly legible and an attractive appearance overall due to pleasing contrast and color. Pinholes at upper left do not matter much at this, the VF grade level.
