Description: Mintage: 3400. 31 graded MS-66, 21 higher at PCGS. Distinctly semi-prooflike and therefore appearing high-end for the grade, both sides deliver a fair amount of cameo contrast against modestly reflective fields. The stars are struck up to an impressive level of definition that suggests a nearly full strike. Surfaces remains basically bright white aside from a narrow band of coppery toning on the rims.
