Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1885-S MS-64, and an 1897-S MS-65, both PCGS
Lot Number: 523
Description: Oklahoma Panhandle Collection. A pair of California dollars comprises this pairing, replete with luster and vintage patina that should please fussy bidders. 1885-S features a strike just on the cusp of "sensational", and the surface exhibits steam-grey toning with subtle tinges of orange color strewn throughout. 1897-S appears to be fully semi-prooflike, and perhaps fully prooflike on the obverse, with highly apparent amber-orange licking at the rims. This latter coin appears to offer a perfect, full strike. Two coin lot.
