Mintage: 111,151. 1875-CC generally serves as a type representative for the series when a Carson City example is desired, because it is the most available double-eagle emission from the Nevada mint. Light but numerous hairlines flutter over the entire surface and suggest an old, light cleaning, yet sparkling luster remains prevalent on the reverse, between the peripheral devices.
