Description: The Royal Treatment Collection. 91 graded MS-66, 27 higher at PCGS. Astonishing, ornate luster is the first thing that grabs the attention of onlookers, as spinning, whirling gyrations pinwheel around an unseen axis on either side. Unseen forces seem set upon electrifying the eye-appeal! The color takes on a somewhat ruby-gold appearance much more akin to later "bronze" strikings, but vintage copper-nickel cents occasionally tone this way. Four diamond strike and four star quality for this Civil War emission.
