Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1832 and 1837 Seated Liberty, both NGC MS-62
Lot Number: 679
Description: The Isallobar Collection. A significant amount of olive-gold toning gathers up against the details of 1832, particularly on the reverse. Beautifully struck details erupt from either side, and one might think that such a shortage of contact would lead to a higher grade, yet the cheek does display some modestly glossy texture. 1837 "Valentine-1, Flynn MPD-001 and RPD-001" is a particularly excellent example of the variety, struck from an early die-state, and therefore showing terrific evidence of the crazy repunching of all four digits. A bright, near-white example with fleeting hairlines. Two coin lot.
