Description: The Barracuda Collection. 1889 proofs often present deceptively as circulation strikes, and the stunning luster and decidedly non-proof appearance of the sharpness for this example suggests this might, indeed, be a more valuable (as a gem) business example. Hmmm... There is no questioning the 1890 as it shows a bit of dazzling brilliance, faint cameo and decidedly proof presence throughout. Two coin lot.
