Description: The Isallobar Collection. PCGS states "surfaces smoothed" for 1860, but in reality, only the reverse surface appear to display clear evidence of careful, professional alteration. 1864 "bronze" is most definitely fully BN on the obverse where ebony-mahogany blends together, while the reverse shows some shimmering magenta undertones. Two coin lot.
