Description: Terrific luster, intense and showy with its marvelous copper-tan color, completely dominates the visual appeal and makes this Redbook variety flying-eagle cent seem much finer than the technical grade should allow. It is, after all, only graded MS-63! The crystal-bright luster absolutely zooms around the devices within dizzying bands of orange illumination. As usual, the eagle's upper wingtip barely shows, and the letters for STATES OF may be too weak to serve ideally for type purposes, yet in some strange fashion, this is simply a knockout example.
