Description: VAM-2. A dash under the second 8 in the date and light die scratch at the front edge of the throat unerringly affirm the attribution. Superb luster would fit right in with a higher grade, and Liberty's cheek is not nearly as abraded as one might expect beneath the gem level. The obverse toning pattern consists of powdery lilac-orange, indigo and cinnamon-gold and also displays obvious effects of mint bag texture.
