Description: PCGS observed a really rather innocuous scratch in the upper portion of the war bonnet, and proclaimed as much on the slab insert. However, truly the distraction is not nearly as severe as one might expect, and the scratch is somewhat camouflaged by the intricate details remaining within the feathers. This seems to be an original example, close to mint-state in terms of detail and desirable as such.
