Description: 65 graded PR65 CAM, 7 higher at PCGS. Razor sharp details erupt beautifully from the fields. The vanilla-gold surface generally gathers intensity toward the ruby-orange rims, and develops into a crescendo as a brilliant, vividly illuminated path of deep royal blue explodes from the obverse upper rim. The reverse neatly mimics this toning pattern except that bright magenta-cobalt layers along the lower rim. PCGS tends to be timid in assigning any kind of "cameo" designation to toned proof type coins, but the moderately deep mirrors and distinct contrast certainly warrant the acknowledgement.
