Description: So-called dollars HK-44n and HK-450 comprise this pairing, related obviously by the use of one pair of dies on the silver and copper planchets. HK-445 (MS-64) appears to be an amazingly original example with pewter and toast-grey shimmering over moderate luster. NGC states "cleaned" for HK-450, but the greyish toning atop the highpoints may be more indicative of storage than the circulation wear implied by the "AU details" disclaimer. Two coin lot.
