Description: A very scarce red seal Federal Reserve note off of St. Louis, and an eminently attractive example in VF grade or so, the paper shows no pinholes or defects. Although pressed a little flat, there is no unwanted limpness, and the designs face up as being very nicely centered. View the note edge-on, and it will appear perfectly centered. Amazing!
