Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1926 Sesquicentennial PCGS MS-63, 1927 Vermont NGC MS-65, and a 1934 Boone PCGS MS-65
Lot Number: 118
Description: The only question will be whether or not bidders prefer original coins over dipped-bright commemorative half-dollars, because each member of this trio presents nice, vintage surface color, typical of well-preserved silver. Obviously stored for a very long time in a cardboard holder, substantial pewter-grey with tobacco-gold inflections blankets the entire Sesquicentennial. Glowing yellow-grey surmounts both sides of the Vermont, this being a subtly lustrous example with few marks. And for the 1934 Boone, ruby-olive flashes across the saffron obverse, while thicker greyish hue tints much of the reverse, and this is a terrific, lustrous example. Three coin lot.
