Description: 1908-D borders upon fully uncirculated details and benefits from extensive, frosty silver-beige luster that sweeps nearly complete through the fields. "Scratch" attributed by PCGS should be pluralized since there are multiple scribbles visible between a number of stars on the reverse. 1913 has instant recognition as a key to the series, and the PCGS "cleaned" disclaimer seems wholly out of place, given the reasonably appealing vanilla-grey patina seen distributed across the entire surface. Two coin lot.
