Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1914-D PCGS XF-45 CACCAC
Lot Number: 732
Description: Rock solid as a "choice extremely fine" example, every Lincoln cent collector should like this key, as it displays slightly deep sienna-brown coloration and pecan accents on the high points. Modest rub on Lincoln's portrait has worn down some of the finest details behind the ear and over his cheekbone, but the lapels show mere friction, and the wheat stalks endure only the slightest wear over the kernels. Several trivial, old circulation hairlines appear in the obverse right field, long toned into the rest of the surface, and merely one sidewise contact mark on the reverse falls just beneath CE.
