Lot #: Go
Lot Title: 1907 PCGS PR-64, and a 1909 PCGS MS-65RB CAC
Lot Number: 716
Description: Berry Tree Collection. Rich crimson-orange and burgundy tones ideally accent the surface for the 1907 proof, which was nicely struck by the dies, but just misses a truly full strike at the two curls just right of and below the ribbon. The 1909 circulation strike displays memorably attractive olive-orange and wintergreen toning that splashes the surface with something of the wood grain pattern that seems oh-so-prevalent for all of the 1909 cents. A great pairing within this two coin lot.
