Description: Dark green seal on this DGS mule, and scarce off the Dallas district. PCGS felt compelled to mention a "small edge tear at top left of center" because the tear is very easy to miss with the note well flattened within its holder. Just very modest wear accounts for the grade, with slight rub on a couple of corners and only the faintest of handling tint evident.
